Reviewing the Apppointment's Medical Note AKA Clinical Record

Now that each section of our Clinical Record (Medical Note) has been filled out either via templates or hand-written notes, we can review the end result!

All the odd symbols (such as "**") used in Markdown, translate to and easy-to-view format

Keep in mind, we never added anything to the "Vaccination" or "Diagnostic Requests" section of the medical note. When we added the relevant charges to the Treatment/Procedures section of the Clinical Record via a template, EzyVet automatically completed these sections!
