Emailing Documents Created in EzyVet


  1. If you're creating a new document, select "Save" (blue) to see additional options along the top

  2. Next, click "Send Email" (pink)

  3. A new pop-up window will appear.

    1. (Yellow) Below "Destination", select the client's email address

    2. (Orange) Add a subject line to the email

    3. (Purple) Finally, click "Send"



Sending Old Documents

  1. If you need to email a document that was previously created in EzyVet, first navigate to the "Attachment" tab (purple)

  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page

  3. (Blue) At the bottom, you'll see a section called "Created Documents"

    1. (Orange) To the left of the document you'll see a small black square

    2. Click this and the document will open

    3. You can now email the document as described above
