Emailing Attachments

  1. In the patient's Communication tab (orange), select the "+" to the left of "Communications" (blue)

  2. In the pop-up window, select email by clicking the envelope icon (green)

  3. (Orange) In the new window, there is a white search bar on the right side of the screen. You can either scroll through the patient's attachments or you can begin typing the name of the file. Click on relevant file and your document will be attached to your email correspondence.

  4. (Yellow) Select the owner's email address or type a new email in "Destinations"

  5. (Green) Add a subject to your email

  6. (Purple) Finally, click "send"
